CSV import

Import guards from a spreadsheet.

CSV import is useful when you already have guards in a spreadsheet. PatrolSync validates the file before import, generates a unique PIN for each guard, and sends setup help by SMS on Pro plans.

Before uploading
Create the sites in PatrolSync first.
Replace the sample row in the downloaded CSV template.
Every imported guard needs a mobile number.
The site column must match an existing site name.
Make sure SMS allowance or credit is available before importing.
CSV format

Use the template columns PatrolSync expects.

The first row must be the header row. Keep the column names in lower case, then add one guard per row.
