Three steps to sign in and start patrolling.
The login screen is simple. Scan the site QR code, find your name, and enter your PIN. That is all there is to it.
Scan the site QR code
Open the PatrolSync Guard app and use the camera to scan the site login QR code. Your manager will have provided this — it may be printed and displayed at the site, or shared with you directly. Scanning it loads the correct site and the guard list for that location.
Find your name in the dropdown
Once the site loads, a dropdown list of guards assigned to that site will appear. Tap your name to select it. If your name is not in the list, contact your manager — you may not be assigned to that site yet.
Type your PIN
Enter your PIN and tap to confirm. Your PIN is automatically generated when your account is created and sent to your phone by text. Once entered correctly, you are signed in and ready to start recording your patrol.
