Print a clear site login QR poster for guards.
The A4 site login poster gives guards a large, visible QR code at the sign-in point. It helps remind them to scan the site code, start their shift, and begin patrols in the PatrolSync app.
Guards scan this code when arriving on site, then start their shift and patrol in the app.
Print the poster from Sites & Checkpoints.
The poster uses the same site login QR code guards already scan in the PatrolSync Guard app. You do not need to create a separate code.
Open the site
In the PatrolSync portal, go to Sites & Checkpoints and select the site you want guards to sign in to.
Print A4 Site Login
In the checkpoint action buttons, choose Print A4 Site Login. PatrolSync opens a printable A4 sheet with the large site QR code.
Place it at sign-in
Print at 100% scale and place the sheet where guards naturally arrive, collect keys, sign in, or begin their patrol routine.
A visible login poster makes shift starts easier to remember.
Guards can forget to start a shift when a site is busy, familiar, or part of a routine patrol. A clear A4 poster at the arrival point acts as a simple prompt before they begin work.

Once the site login poster is displayed, make sure guards understand the app login flow and how patrol scanning works.
