The client portal keeps your clients informed without giving them access to your full operation. Each client only sees the site or sites that are relevant to them.
Set up client access in the portal
In the PatrolSync portal, go to the site you want to share and configure which client contacts should have access. You can invite a client by email and they will receive a login to the client portal at client.patrolsync.app.
Clients see their site only
Once a client logs in, they only see the sites and data you have assigned to them. They cannot see other clients, other sites, or any part of your wider operation. Each client's view is completely isolated.
Real-time and historical activity
The client portal shows patrol activity as it happens and lets clients look back at historical records. This removes the need to manually send update emails or PDFs — the client can check at any time, on any device.
You stay in control
Client access can be turned on or off at any time from your portal. If a contract ends or you need to adjust what a client can see, you can make that change immediately without contacting the client or waiting for anything to be updated manually.
Clients can also verify reports independently without logging in.
Every PatrolSync report includes a unique verification reference. Anyone with that reference can check the report is genuine at verify.patrolsync.app — no login needed. This is useful for sharing proof of service with auditors, stakeholders, or clients who do not have a portal account.
The verification reference alone is enough to confirm a report. Clients and auditors do not need a portal login to use it.
The verification is done against the live PatrolSync system — it cannot be faked or tampered with by either party.
Share the reference in a PDF, email, or message. Anyone who receives it can verify the patrol happened.
