PatrolSync reports are generated automatically from patrol activity. They show exactly which checkpoints were scanned, by which guard, and when — giving you and your clients a clear, verifiable record of every patrol.
Reports are built from the scan data — nothing is added manually.
Everything in a PatrolSync report comes directly from what the guard scanned in the app. There is no manual input, no editing, and no way to backfill activity that did not happen.
Guard and site details
Every report identifies the guard who carried out the patrol and the site it covers. This means there is always a clear record of who did what and where, which is important for accountability and for responding to client queries.
Checkpoint scan log
Each scanned checkpoint is listed with its name and the exact time it was scanned. Checkpoints that were not scanned are also shown — so a report reflects what actually happened, including any gaps.
GPS evidence
The GPS coordinates recorded at the time of each scan confirm that the guard was physically present at the checkpoint location. This is what makes PatrolSync reports independently verifiable rather than just self-reported.
Verification reference
Each report includes a unique verification reference that can be checked at verify.patrolsync.app. Anyone with the reference — a client, auditor, or stakeholder — can confirm the report is genuine without needing a portal login.
