PatrolSync South Africa — PSIRA Compliance
PSIRA compliance tracking for security companies.
PatrolSync helps South African security companies stay on top of PSIRA registration compliance — tracking individual guard registration numbers, grades, and expiry dates, and monitoring your company's own PSIRA registration with a live dashboard widget that turns red before you have a problem.
Guard PSIRA registrations
Track every guard's PSIRA registration in one place
Every security officer working in South Africa must hold a valid PSIRA registration appropriate to their grade and the work they carry out. Managing those registrations manually — across a team of patrol guards, supervisors, and management staff — creates compliance risk that grows as your company expands.
PatrolSync stores each guard's PSIRA registration number, grade, and expiry date. Traffic light indicators on the guard compliance dashboard show at a glance which registrations are current, expiring within three months, or already overdue — so you can act before a problem occurs rather than after.
Company PSIRA registration widget
Company registration
Monitor your company's PSIRA registration at a glance
As well as individual guard registrations, your security company must maintain its own valid PSIRA company registration to operate lawfully as a security service provider in South Africa.
PatrolSync's dashboard includes a company PSIRA registration widget that displays your registration expiry date and a traffic light indicator — green when you have plenty of time, amber when renewal is approaching, and red when action is urgently needed. It is the first thing you see when you log in.
Compliance records
Audit-ready records for every guard on your team
PatrolSync maintains a compliance record for every guard in your organisation — including their PSIRA registration number, grade, and whether their registration is current, expiring, or overdue. These records are available any time from your portal dashboard.
Combined with timestamped patrol records showing which guards patrolled which sites and when, PatrolSync gives you the evidence base to demonstrate that only PSIRA-registered personnel of the appropriate grade were deployed across your operations.
Guard registration list
Every guard's PSIRA number, grade, and expiry date in a single view with colour-coded compliance status.
Expiry alerts
Registrations expiring within 90 days are flagged red. Expiring within 180 days are flagged amber. Plan renewals before they lapse.
Patrol records
Every patrol is timestamped and linked to a PSIRA-registered guard, creating a complete record of compliant service delivery.
Important
PatrolSync supports your PSIRA compliance — it does not replace it
PSIRA registration information entered into PatrolSync is provided and managed by the security company. PatrolSync does not verify registration validity directly with PSIRA. It is the responsibility of the security service provider to ensure all registration details are accurate, current, and up to date with PSIRA.
PatrolSync is a tool to help you organise and track your PSIRA compliance information. All actual registration obligations remain with your company under the Private Security Industry Regulation Act (PSIRA Act) and any applicable regulations.
